The student's grade point average must meet the minimum requirements at the time of application. The most recent transcript of the student is used to determine the GPA. While it is essential to use the current transcript issued by the higher education institution where the student is enrolled (and where the selections are made), for master’s and doctoral students applying in their first semester who do not yet have a transcript at the current institution, the graduation grade from the previous higher education cycle is used. Similarly, for undergraduate students applying in their first semester who do not yet have a transcript at the current institution, the graduation grade from the previous education level is used. For students who have transferred horizontally or vertically from another higher education institution and do not yet have a GPA at the current institution, the GPA from the most recent transcript issued by their previous institution is taken into account.
