The staff participating in the activity must meet the following minimum requirements:

Staff wishing to carry out mobility must be employed on a full-time or part-time basis at a higher education institution in Turkey holding an ECHE and must be actively working at that institution.

For staff employed at a higher education institution, there is no requirement regarding their employment status; any staff member who has an employment contract with the higher education institution can benefit from the activities.

Staff whose permanent position is at a different institution but who are working on a contractual basis at another higher education institution must apply for mobility through the institution where they are actually working, not the one where their permanent position is held. Personnel employed at a higher education institution through service procurement cannot benefit from staff mobility, as there is no employment contract between them and the higher education institution.
