In order to participate in the activity, students must first meet the following minimum requirements:
The student must be enrolled as a full-time student2 in a higher education program at any of the formal education levels (first, second, or third level)1 within the higher education institution.
Cumulative academic grade point average
First-cycle students must have a cumulative academic grade point average of at least 2.20/4.003.
No transcript has been prepared yet at the application stage.
For students transferring from an associate degree, a minimum pre-bachelor graduation grade of 2.20/4.00 is required;
For first year students, a high school graduation grade of at least 75/100
The cumulative academic grade point average of second and third level students must be at least 2.50/4.00,
For study mobility, there must be a sufficient number of courses or non-course ECTS credits4. For students without a course load, such as master's and doctoral students who have entered the thesis stage, a learning agreement can be arranged based on a non-course workload equivalent to 30 ECTS5 in one academic term.
Within the current level of study, if the student has participated in higher education mobility activities6 during the 2014–2020 and/or 2021–2027 Erasmus+ periods, the total duration, including the new activity, must not exceed 12 months.
In institutions using the 100-point grading system, whether the minimum grade point average requirement is met is determined using the equivalents specified in the grade conversion chart prepared by the Council of Higher Education.
Higher education institutions may raise the minimum score threshold in case of excessive application demand, provided that it complies with the criteria set by the Center. However, the newly determined minimum score must not prevent receiving at least twice as many applications as the number of available spots.

2 Individuals who have graduated from the faculties of Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry and have been placed in a higher education institution through central exams (TUS, DUS, EUS) to pursue specialization training cannot benefit from Erasmus student mobility if they do not hold the status of a registered student at the relevant higher education institution.
3 This lower limit will also apply to students enrolled in integrated programs where two cycles are completed within a single cycle.
